In automated_double_curved_free_form_5B_1.py instead of  mistakenly saving DOF [5*node_global_c + 1], saves [5*node_global_c - 4]

They accept jac2 as an argument to be used in calculation of material
coorsys in thickness of the shell.

post_process_scordelis.py and for pinched is added. The changes were written before the trip at November 2023 and submitted after it.

automated_double_curved_free_form_2_weighted_2.py and automated_double_curved_free_form_5B_1.py are added.

To compare different numerical integration method with different integrand, compare_integ.py is created and different functions are added to this file.

curvature function added to surface_nurbs_isoprm.py from isoprm folder. element_stiff_matrix.py in __main__ changed to prepare data to check JAcobian and curvature.
In surface_geom_SEM.py two functions ders_uvt_rem_g and jacobian_semi_rem_g are added to calculate Jacobian excluding g1 and g2.

ders_uvt in surface_geom_SEM.py is changed to a simpler version described in the comment of the function.

Jacobian method by using SEM_isoprm  (semi)and also calculation of Gauss curvature are added to surface_geom_SEM.

In element_stiff_matrix.py function 'area' is changed to accept the thickness coordinate. Also, different freeform....py are added for different freeform geometries.

The paper results are derived before this commit. For making element_stiff_matrix.py a little faster, in physical_crd_xi function a line is added to avoid
calling function several times. In element_stiff_matrix function the location of lag_xi2 and der_lag_dxi2 changed and moved to outer loop to mae it faster.

To avoid any misleading the 3dm file of hemishere is modified and the nameof input graphic in the automated_sphere_shell changed.

In global_stiff_matrix, mesh_func round error changed to 16, post_process file created and upto strain vector is programmed.

A very small but BAD BUG was found in surface_geom_SEM.py, in ders_uvt function(derivative of director vector) and fixed.

automated_double_curved_free_form.py and automated_curved_beam_lineload.py are added. volume function ius added to esm.

This commit is before adding the the debugged functions for sphere. Also automated_sphere_shell is added.
